Sleep and Exercise

 Hello boys and Girls,

Today I will be telling you about good sleep and exercise. You should get about 10 to 8 hours of sleep. To get a good sleep you need to have a comfy bed and be warm. Sometimes have a Milo or read a book, Brush your teeth.

Doing really good exercise can reduce you getting heart disease.

 When your exercising the heat from ur muscles will make u feel warmer.

You can play lots of sports to keep ur fitness up. If you do exercise every day all the activities that u do will be easier. You can do 20 situps every night before bed. if u do sports every day that is really good for ur body.

Snacks 


Fruit salad 

Noodles with veggies and meat like beef 

Sushi Capsicum carrots. And maybe some dip or something like that as


Porridge with and a glass of milk  and a piece of fruit such as apple or banana 

Or you could have some weetbix with a hot drink of some sort.

such as oat bars or a piece of fruit or low-fat yogurt 

Monday 

Apple pie with some ice cream made out of fruits 

Roast chicken and fresh vegetables in a roast as well as some roast potatoes 

you could do a Boiled egg or just a cooked egg of some sort on  some oat bread Toast 

breakfast day two smoothie with some fruits and milk in it or some crunched up weetbix into 

You could eat some nuts. 

Apple slices with peanut butter
